Shop with total confidence. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Happi Whale pieces to you, and what to do if something isn't quite right.

Delivery

• We deliver across South Africa with The Courier Guy.
• Shipping is a flat R100 on every order, so there are no surprises at checkout.
• We'll let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

Free exchanges

Not the right fit? No problem. We'll happily exchange your item for a different size or style, and we cover the return delivery costs. Items should be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them. Not sure which size to swap to? Check our Size Guide.

Changed your mind? 7-day returns

If you'd rather return an item for a refund, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Please note:

• Items should be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them, so you're welcome to try them on at home.
• For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending the item back to us.
• Once we receive your return, we'll refund you in full within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Faulty item?

Every piece is made with care, but if something arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, let us know. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return costs.

How to start an exchange or return

1. Get in touch via our contact page or the chat box with your order number and what you'd like to do.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Pop your item in the post and we'll take it from there.
